W I T H D R A W A L OF MRS. HENROTIN At this point, Mrs. Henrotin withdrew, after announcing that she had resigned and did not expect to attend another meeting of the Board. On motion of Mrs. Evans, the Board unanimously extended to Mrs. Henrotin a rising vote of thanks for her distinguished services to the University while a member of the Board. The Board adjourned.
