138 BOARD of TRUSTEES [November 18, We made such a report two years ago. I have asked the Comptroller to prepare a similar report for the next biennium. We have asked for an increase of about twenty percent, distributed so that the items of instruction and research are a little more heavily weighted than the others. I recommend that this estimate be approved and that the Comptroller be authorized to forward it to the Legislative Reference Bureau. At this point, Mr. Morey was introduced. He presented the detailed report and a summary of the proposed budget. After considerable discussion, it was voted to defer action until next week. At this point, Mr. Carr joined the meeting. LOCATION OF MEMORIAL T A B L E T Professor White submitted a sketch of the Anna Margaretha Lange James memorial tablet and indicated the location in the Auditorium, on the south wall of the north foyer, on the panel west of the main entrance. The members of the Board later visited the Auditorium to inspect the location. By unanimous consent, the design and location of the memorial tablet were approved.
