1910] PROCEEDINGS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES. 43 The second request, for an appropriation of five hundred dollars ($500) on account of the telephone exchange, was referred to the Committee on Buildings and Grounds for report. The committee was asked to include in its report a statement as to the number of telephones now in use and the cost of installation per instrument.
