W e do not make a record which discriminates between teachers and others, but so far as I can determine from g o i n g over the lists 370 of those registered were teachers in the State. •&, T h e scholarships which we offered were taken advantage of by 171, representing eighty counties. I give below the list of these counties, with the n u m b e r of teachers from each. T h i s list will show that the distribution was wide, and that even from some remote counties in the State we have several representatives.
