AFTERNOON1 SESSION, MAY 2, 1908. When the board met after the recess the same members were present as in the morning. Mr. Blair, Chairman of the Committee on Instruction, reported that the committee had been over the recommendations and approved them as presented above and moved their adoption, and the motion prevailed. 7.
