1896.J PROCEEDINGS OF BOARD QF TRUSTEES. 39 Mr. Armstrong reported for the Executive Committee that it had instructed the Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds to see that the place at the boiler house where the coal is put was suitably inclosed, and that it had appropriated $100 for that purpose.
