Paper Q is a list of the School of Medicine vouchers presented for audit, being 207 to 315 inclusive; Paper B is a bill from Cunningham & Boggs for printing in the Bruner case; The whole of the $40,000, the present year's appropriation for the central heating plant, has been expended, and also the greater part of the $40,000 for the next year. It will be necessary for the Board to provide for the interest on this payment, and for any payments above the $80,000 appropriated by the State. Rspectfully submitted,

A n a p p r o p r i a t i o n of $900 00, or so m u c h thereof as m i g h t be needed, was m a d e to meet t h e interest d u e on a m o u n t s advanced by Treasurer. T h e bill of The Herald for p r i n t i n g abstract and brief in t h e B r u n e r case, a m o u n t i n g to $28.00, w a s approved and t h e a m o u n t a p propriated. T h e B u s i n e s s M a n a g e r was a u t h o r i z e d to pay t h e T r e a s u r e r ' s clerk at t h e r a t e of $600.00 a year. F o r t h e p a y m e n t of b a n d scholarships $225.00 was apropriated, a n d $270.00 for t h e p a y m e n t of military scholarships. T h e following resolution offered by Mr. S m i t h was a d o p t e d : Resolved, That this Board hereby sets apart as an athletic p a r k t o be called Illinois Field, a part of the north campus extending 700 ft. south from the
