G E N T L E M E N : Your c o m m i t t e e c h a r g e d w i t h t h e d u t y of e r e c t i n g a F a r m Cottage a n d a D a i r y H o u s e respectfully r e p o r t : T h e y h a v e c a u s e d a F a r m Cottage to b e built s o u t h of t h e b a r n on t h e E x p e r i m e n t a l F a r m , a n d n e a r t h e r o a d wThich divides t h e farm from t h e c e m e t e r y . T h e h o u s e is 24 by 30 feet, one s t o r y high, with cellar; it c o n t a i n s t h r e e r o o m s , with p a n t r y a n d closets on t h e g r o u n d floor. T h e y h a v e also c a u s e d to be built a D a i r y H o u s e i m m e d i a t e l y n o r t h of t h e b a r n before m e n t i o n e d , a n d opposite to t h e F a r m H o u s e . T h i s b u i l d i n g is 15 b y 30, divided into t h r e e rooms. B o t h t h e s e h o u s e s h a v e b e e n m a d e of t h e b r i c k s a n d o t h e r m a t e r i a l o b t a i n e d from t h e old D o r m i t o r y building, as far a s s u c h m a t e r i a l could be m a d e available. After hearing these reports the Board adjourned to 7 :£0 P. M.

EVENING SESSION.

The Board met as by adjournment; present as before. The Committee on Bifle Bange reported progress, but asked and was granted further time. The Committee on Painting and Shelters was continued, and the Committee, on a communication from Judge Smith was discharged on request of the chairman. The Committee on Publishing Experiments with Sorghum Cane reported that the pamphlet had been published at a cost of $55. The report was received and approved.
