Motion carried. Mr. YANOSDEL offered the following; which was unanimously adopted: Resolved, That owing to the condition of the farm, also of the finances of the Institution, that it is deemed inexpedient to employ any person as Farm Superintendent, or Practical Farmer and Horticulturist, at the present time.
