University of Illinois: Virtual Campus Tour
A UIHistories Project by Kalev Leetaru

Hidden Treasures

The University boasts symbolic landmarks, historic buildings, renowned venues, and nationally-ranked facilities. However, on a campus as large as ours, it is difficult to learn of everything the University has to offer, leading to those "hidden treasures", known only to the few, which offer untold delight to those who seek them out. Whether it is the breathtaking grounds of Allerton Park, the historic Altgeld Model Collection, the vibrant colors of the Arboretum, the hallowed grounds of Regent Gregory's Grave, or the quiet tranquility of the Japan House, these "hidden treasures" offer something for everyone.

Take a virtual tour of some of these hidden treasures below, or select another area of campus from the navigation bar at the right of the page.
