THE COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION

The examination is held in the offio ol tl County Superintendent of Schools on tl 1 t Saturday in March. The County Superintendent will announce the place and hour of the amil tion in each county. The applicant must /<• tht examination in the county in which he r< and must average 70 or higher in the i amina tion. Writing paper and pencils are furnished in the examination room.

SCHOLARSHIP EXAMINATION

The examination is of the objective type and is designed to measure abilities which predict success in the University. It is based on knowledge and skill normally acquired before completion of secondary education. It will require one half-day session of about three hours.

OTHER SCHOLARSHIPS IN AGRICULTURE AND HOME ECONOMICS

In addition to the scholarships described in this circular, there are various scholarships in Agriculture and Home Economics which carry cash awards. Applications for these scholarships should be filed with the Scholarship Committee of the College of Agriculture, 104 Mum ford 11 all.
