The University Patent Committee advised Control D a t a Corporation of the inventions for their evaluation as to whether the University should develop or release the ideas to the inventors. Control Data Corporation has shown no interest in the ideas. Therefore, the University Patent Committee recommends that the rights of the University in these inventions be released to the sponsors. 6.
