ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD President Neal called attention to the schedule of regular meetings for the next three months: November 19, 1976, U r b a n a ; December 15, 1976, Medical Center; January 19, 1977 (Annual Meeting), Urbana. H e also announced that an executive session had been requested and would be convened after the meeting to consider a report on pending litigation. RECESS AND EXECUTIVE SESSION Following a short recess, the Board reconvened in executive session and considered the following item of business:
