(6) On the recommendation of the Chancellor at the Medical Center, I have approved appointments and reappointments to the nonsalaried faculty of the College of Medicine for the academic year beginning September 1, 1976. The list of these appointments is being filed with the Secretary of the Board for record, and his office will issue the usual notices of appointment. Following is a summary of the number of appointments in each department. The total number of persons is 2,259, of whom 94 are on emeritus status.
