1976] UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS 635 and (2) that budget documents for 1977 indicate in the case of the two Chicago Chancellors that the payment to each of them of $4,800 per year in lieu of housing be shown as a part of their regular salaries in 1977 and the future. In the case of the President of the University and the Chancellor at Urbana, who are required to live in University housing, such information is included with the listing of their salaries in the budget. (Any increases in the salaries of the Chancellors of the Chicago campuses for 1977 would be calculated on the basis of the base salary, not including the allowance paid for housing.)
