This building will be used by the School of Public Health. All of these funds are subject to release by the Governor. I recommend that the Comptroller be authorized to submit requests for release of funds to the Capital Development Board and to the Governor. On motion of Mr. Summers, authority was given as recommended by the following vote: Aye, Mr. Forsyth, Mr. Hahn, Mr. Howard, Mr. Lenz, Mr. Livingston, Mr. Neal, Mrs. Rader, Mrs. Shepherd, Mr. Velasquez; no, none; absent, Governor Walker.
