President Neal called attention to the schedule for the next three meetings of the Board: July 16, Medical Center; September 17, Chicago Circle; October 15, Urbana. REGULAR MEETING RECESSED FOR MEETINGS OF BOARD COMMITTEES Mr. Neal announced that the regular meeting would be recessed for a brief hearing of the Finance Committee and a meeting of the Committee on Buildings and Grounds. H e also announced that an executive session had been requested and would be convened after the committee meetings to consider reports on pending litigation. RECESS AND EXECUTIVE SESSION Following a short recess, the Board reconvened in executive session and considered the following items of business: Litigation Initiated by Roger P.
