(36) The President of the University, with the concurrence of the appropriate administrative officers, recommends approval of a project for construction of a Plant Diagnostic Clinic building for the College of Agriculture on a site located on St. Mary's Road approximately midway between South Fourth Street, Champaign, and South Lincoln Avenue, Urbana. It is further recommended that construction contracts for this project be awarded for each of the divisions listed below, the award in each case being to the low bidder: General Dean Evans Company, Champaign $47 629 Plumbing Paul H. McWilliams & Sons, Inc., Champaign 3 700 Heating, Piping, and Refrigeration David W. Reichard Plumbing & Heating Co., Urbana 3 100 Ventilation David W. Reichard Plumbing & Heating Co., Urbana 4 500 Electrical Remco Electrical Corporation, Urbana 7 686 $66 615 Funds for this project in the amount of $65,615 are available from a Federal grant (Hatch Act) and the balance of the funds is in the Higginson Estate.
