(26) T h e President of the University, with the concurrence of appropriate administrative officers, recommends award of the following contracts for remodeling and modernizing the existing Dermatology clinic and the Obstetrics and Gynecology patient care areas on the third floor, south and west, in the General Hospital building at the Medical Center campus, the award in each case being to the low bidder on its base bid and deductive alternate No. 1: General Work Vee See Construction Company, Inc., Oak Lawn Plumbing George D.
