With the concurrence of the Vice President for Academic Development and Coordination and the Vice President for Planning and Allocation, I recommend that the appointments to the summer session staff be approved as submitted (see below), and that the President of the University be authorized to accept resignations, to approve additional appointments, and to make such other changes as are necessary to meet the needs of the 1973 summer session — within the total allocation of funds indicated. O n motion of M r .
