'28, has had a position in the Catalog department of A, Minnesota University Library for several years. H e r home is Gracevilf Minnesota. Downing P. O'Harra, M.A. '28, resigned his position as librarian of the J Southwestern College Library at Winfield, Kansas, to become librarian of the 1 Municipal University of Wichita Library at Wichita, Kansas, in June, 1935. Louise L. Fant, B.S. '28, is librarian of the South Georgia State Colfe» Library at Douglas, Georgia. | i Genie Johanna Preston, B.S. '28, has^ a position in the Catalog dep< of the University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kansas. Arthur G. Renstrom, B.S. '28, formerly cataloger in the Library of Congress, but now with the Aeronautics Division, Washington, D.C, was married during the Christmas holidays to Miss Mary A. Long, Columbia '28. Mrs. Renstrom is in the Library of the Department of State. Mary Silverthorn, B.S. '28, resigned her position at Saginaw, Michigan to accept the Katherine L. Sharp Scholarship awarded by the University of Illinois Library School Association. She is studying for her Master's degn at ree the University of Illinois Library School. Susanna Bailor, B.S. '29, is reference librarian at the Public Library of Dearborn, Michigan, this year. M. Malvena Evans, B.S. '29, is an assistant in the Catalog department of the University of Tennessee Library at Knoxville. Alberta Hughes (Mrs. C. S. Marvel), B.S. '29, has announced that she and Dr. Marvel are the parents of a daughter born June 21, 1935. Her name is Mary Catharine, but she is called "Mollie. Dr. and Mrs. Marvel reside at 804 South McCullough Street, Urbana, Illinois. Edith S. McRoberts, B.S. '29, was married on August 12, 1935, at Decatur, Illinois, to Mr. Polykarp Kusch, an assistant in the Physics department of the University of Illinois at Urbana. Mrs. Kusch is continuing her work in the Order department of the University of Illinois Library for the present. Mr. and Mrs. Kusch are at home at 909 S. First Street, Champaign, Illinois. j Miss Alary E. Mover, B.S. '29, has accented a position as teacher-librarian at the Academy at Hazel Green, Kentucky. Bernice Ethel Palm S.S. '29, resigned her position as librarian of the Sioux City, Iowa, High School Library, to become librarian of the Rawlins, Wyoming, High School Library. ' Arnold W. Rosaaen, B.S. '29, M.A. '35, has resigned his position in the Chemistry Library of the University of Illinois to become assistant librarian of Adelbert College Library, Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. Gerald H Sandy, B S . '29, M.A. '32, exchange assistant in the Order A partment of the University Library, was married June 15, 1935 to M a r S r c t R Spoon, 34.
