Mr. Trotier was then presented as the new Head of the Catalog Department of the University and he spoke | for a few minutes on his appreciation of the cordiality he had experienced since his appointment. Mr. Windsor devoted most of his talk to expressing his appreciation of the anniversary dinner and of the beautifully bound book of letters | which was presented to him on that occasion. He had the book with hira and an opportunity was given for its examination. The Nominating Committee then presented the following slate which | was unanimously elected: Harriet E.
