On the University Service Flag : The duty of this committee is to provide and raise with appropriate ceremonies, and later to maintain, a University service flag. 10. On University War Service Records : Since the beginning of the war the Dean of Men has kept a record of the members of the University, past and present, who have entered or expect to enter the government service in connection with the war.
