civic affairs, including a two-year term as President of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce. H e always had a deep and abiding interest in the welfare of his Alma Mater. The Board of Trustees directs that this memorial be included in the minutes of today's meeting as a permanent public record of tribute to a former Trustee for his many notable services, and that a copy be sent to the family of Mr. Williams.
