Mr. Weldon, Treasurer, presented an invitation to the Board of Trustees to be the guests of the First National Bank of Chicago at luncheon on the day of the December Board meeting. This invitation was accepted with thanks, and the Secretary of the Board was instructed to follow up on the necessary arrangements with Mr. Weldon. The Board voted to hold its December meeting on Monday, December 22, 1952, in Chicago, Illinois, the hour and place to be determined by the President and Secretary of the Board. On motion of Mr. Grange, the Board adjourned.
