SALE OF TEMPORARY HOUSING UNITS (6) To clear the area bounded by Pennsylvania Avenue, Maryland Drive, Florida Avenue, and the east line of Mt. Hope Cemetery of fifty temporary family building units (part of Illini Village) preparatory to the construction of the new Veterinary Clinic Building, bids have been received on the sale and removal of up to forty-six of the units. The bids were taken on the basis that all traces of buildings above grade shall be removed from the premises, buildings shall not be relocated within the city limits of Champaign and Urbana, and they shall not be reused for permanent housing. The Director of the Physical Plant and the Acting Comptroller recommend the sale of thirty-one of these units to the following seven highest bidders: No. of Units Requested

In each case a $50 cash or certified check deposit will be required to insure compliance with these conditions.
