frequency oscillations. Funds in the amount of $52,000 were provided. Subsequently, the contract price was increased by $00,666. It is now proposed that the contract be extended to September 14, 1954, and that an additional $120,000 be made available. Under both contracts the University will receive reimbursement for indirect costs incurred. Both extensions have been recommended by the Dean of the College of Engineering and the Chairman of the University Research Board (Professor F. T. W a l l ) . I concur and request authority for the Acting Comptroller and the Secretary of the Board to conclude these contracts. O n m o t i o n of M r .
