BOARD OF TRUSTEES MINUTES APPROVED

[November 21

T h e Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees on July 15 and 16, 1957, press proof copies of which had been sent to all members of the Board in advance. O n motion of M r . Bissell, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 503 to 862, inclusive.

T h e Board took up consideration of the following reports and recommendations from the President of the University.

AWARD OF CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT CERTIFICATES (1) The Committee on Accountancy recommends that the certificate of Certified Public Accountant be awarded, under Section 5 of the Accountancy Act of 1943, to the following candidates who have presented evidence that they are holders of valid and unrevoked Certified Public Accountant certificates obtained by passing a standard written examination in another state or territory of the United States and who qualify in all other respects under this provision of the law.
