906 BOARD OF TRUSTEES [September 19 Development of a general design policy for buildings to be constructed on the South Campus H o w a r d L. Cheney, Chicago, on the basis of a per diem of $100, plus travel expenses or a t t h e rate of $15.00 per hour when less than a day's work is involved. I t is estimated that the cost of this service will be from $1,000 to $1,500. Funds a r e available in the budget of the Physical Plant Department.
