Be it further resolved by this Board of Trustees that Comptroller H . O. Farber of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, a public corporation, be and he hereby is authorized to accept payment on behalf of this public corporation of said distribution and to execute and deliver to The First National Bank of Chicago, as Trustee under agreement with Victor S.
