1958] UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS 1297 Now therefore it is hereby resolved by the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois: a. That it record its agreement as to the desirability of acquiring control of the zone above described and its intention to seek funds necessary to acquire title to this property or air rights over this property on or before March 29, 1961 and b. That in the event any construction or building endangering the landing, taking off or maneuvering of aircraft is started prior to the time the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, a public corporation, shall acquire such rights the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois shall take those steps possible within its statutory and constitutional authority and available to it to attempt to prevent or abate the obstruction. On motion of Mr. Williamson, the foregoing resolution was adopted.
