MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS January 12, 1950 The January meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held on Thursday, January 12, 1950, at Hotel LaSalle, in Chicago, according to the following schedule: 10 a.m. — Executive session, as in Committee of the Whole. 2 p.m. — Open session. The following members were present: President Williamson, Mr. Fornof, Mr. Herrick, Mr. Hickman, Mrs. Holt, Mr. Livingston, Mr. McLaughlin, Dr. Meyer, Mrs. Watkins. President George D. Stoddard was present; also Vice-President A. C. Ivy, Provost C. R. Griffith, Assistant to the President A. J. Janata, Secretary H. E. Cunningham, Treasurer I. L. Porter, Comptroller Lloyd Morey, Business Manager H. A. Hazleton, and, during the open session, Director J. F. Wright. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meetings of September 29, October 25, and November 29, 1949. On motion of Mr. Livingston, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 809 to 962 above. 9£>3
