provided for in and by said Deposit Agreement, and to establish from time to time charges and fees for the use of said buildings and to maintain and collect charges and fees sufficient to pay the reasonable cost of operating, maintaining, insuring and repairing of said buildings, and pay the principal of and interest upon all revenue bonds which by their terms are payable from such revenues until all of such bonds have been paid in full, both as to principal and interest. I N W I T N E S S W H E R E O F , said University of Illinois, by its Board of Trustees, has caused this bond to be signed by the President of the Board of Trustees and two members thereof, its corporate seal to be hereto affixed, attested by the Secretary of said Board, and the coupons hereto attached to be authenticated by the facsimile signatures of the President and Secretary of said Board of Trustees, and this bond to be dated the fifteenth day of February, 1949. SECTION 5. That upon the issuance of any revenue bonds herein provided for there be and there is hereby established a fiscal year for the operation of said Women's Residence Halls located at 1005 South Lincoln Avenue, in the City of Urbana, Illinois and said fiscal year shall commence the first day of July of each year and end the last day of the next succeeding June and all revenues derived from the operation thereof shall be set aside as collected in a separate account and fund and apart from any other funds of said University, and said
