accrued interest or premium derived from the sale of said bonds shall be deposited in the sinking fund hereinabove provided and applied toward payment of interest or principal of said bonds as thereby required, and there shall also be deposited in said sinking fund out of the proceeds of the sale of said bonds a sum which together with the net revenues for the period ending September I, 1950, will be sufficient to pay interest and Depositary fees due October 1, 1950.
