vided that the trustees should convert into cash all assets, and after all taxes, insurance, repairs, and other expenses and certain minor legacies had been paid, the bulk should be transferred to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois. T h e trustees have completed this liquidation and have submitted their final report. T h e total receipts of the University from this trust amount to $178,277.86. The sum of $164,156.77 of this amount comes from the liquidation of the principal, and $14,121.09 from the realization of income by the trust during this liquidation. Since funds have been transmitted to the University of Illinois at various times during the life of the trust, the University has been able to invest, and since 1941, has realized endowment income of $18,459.19. During this same period, scholarships have been paid in the total amount of $6,845.00, leaving on hand a total of $11,614.19. Of this balance $10,000 is temporarily invested.
