The following members of the Committee were present: Mr. Herbert B. Megran, Chairman, Mr. Park Livingston, Mrs. Frances B. Watkins. Also present were President David D. MARY L. BENTLEY SUIT T h e Legal Counsel informed the Executive Committee that Mrs. Mary L. Bentley and her husband Lemuel E. Bentley, who have instituted a suit for an injunction and for damages against Dr. Donald J. Caseley, Medical Director of the Research and Educational Hospitals, and Mr. Paul A Hartley, Associate Director of Nonacademic Personnel for the Chicago Professional Colleges, are now seeking to amend their suit to include Mr. Donald E. Teton, Clinical Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, in the College of Medicine, and Gynecological Consultant in the Health Service at the Chicago Professional Colleges. If Dr. Teton requests the University supply him with services of counsel, he is entitled to the same. The Committee has previously authorized the employment of Mr. Albert E.
