(2) T h e Department of Architecture now offers two master's degrees, Master of Science in Architectural Engineering for students specializing in structural theory and design, and Master of Science in Architecture for those specializing in other areas in this field, such as architectural history or achitectural design. The Faculty of the College of Fine and Applied Arts, the Executive Faculty of the Graduate College, the University Senate, and the Provost recommend that the latter degree be changed to Master of Architecture. This will call for some revision of course offerings, but no change in degree requirements. I concur.
