The Board considered the following reports and recommendations from the President of the University.

AWARD OF CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT CERTIFICATES (1) T h e Committee on Accountancy recommends that the certificate of Certified Public Accountant be awarded, under Section 5 of the Accountancy Act of 1043, to the following candidates who have presented evidence that they are holders of valid and unrevoked Certified Public Accountant certificates obtained by passing a standard written examination in another state or territory of the United States and who qualify in all other respects under this provision of the law: State From Which They Name Address Obtained Certificates

DELZELL, Library Administrative Assistant with rank of Assistant Professor, Library, beginning December 1, 1955, at an annual salary of $7,200 (DY). 3. KENNETH EELLS, Counselor in the Student Counseling Bureau and Assistant Professor of Psychology, Chicago Undergraduate Division, beginning November 7, 1955, at an annual salary of $7,200 ( B Y ) . 4. JACK D . HULL, Assistant Professor of Hygiene in the Health Service, beginning September 19, 1955, at a salary of $1,170 ( E 1 5 ) . 5. THOMAS W . COLLEGE OF PHARMACY ADVISORY COMMITTEE (3) T h e Dean of the College of Pharmacy and the Vice-President in Charge of the Chicago Professional Colleges recommend the appointment of E. A. Kamerer, 602 East Daniel Street, Champaign, as a member of the College of Pharmacy Advisory Committee for a period of five years (July, 1955, to June 30, i960) to succeed Mr. Ralph Carpenter, Villa Park, whose term has expired. I concur.
