APPROPRIATION FOR SHORT COURSE IN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY (2) T h e Board of Trustees, at the request of the Surgeon General of the United States Army, has previously authorized offering a special program of training in occupational therapy. T h e first of these programs was offered in the summer of 1944, the second in the fall, and a third course is now in operation. I recommend that an appropriation of $2,500 be made from the General Reserve F u n d to pay the expenses of this third course. T h e W a r Department pays all expenses of the program, but such payments go into the General Reserve Fund, and it is necessary that an assignment be made from that fund to cover the costs and other expenses.
