T h e Committee also recommends that Mr. Harold Ignatius Finnegan be awarded the certificate of Certified Public Accountant on the basis of his successful passing of the oral examination under Section 4 ( b ) of t h e Accountancy Act of 1943.

On motion of Mr. Davis, these certificates were awarded as recommended.

ADVISORY COMMITTEES, COLLEGE O F AGRICULTURE (2) T h e Dean of the College of Agriculture and Director of the Agricultural Experiment Station recommends the following appointments to Advisory Committees of t h e College of Agriculture for the year 1945-1946. There is a committee for each department of the College, and a general committee. T h e total number of appointments is thirty-seven, of whom seven a r e new (indicated by an asterisk) a n d the others a r e reappointments. I concur in the Dean's recommendation.
