( J a n u a r y 28, 1942) S M I T H , EVERETT GORSUCH, Inventory Clerk on three-eighths time in the P u r chasing Division of the Business Office, at a salary at the rate of seventy-five dollars ($75) a month, and on five-eighths time in the Engineering Defense Training Office, at a salary at the rate of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) a month (the stipend for the months of July and August, 1042 being contingent on the receipt of funds from the Federal Government), for eight months beginning January 1, 1942, subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission (this supersedes his previous appointment).
