Busey Hall and the Administration Building today. In view of the difficulty in obtaining deliveries on material, particularly on the elevators, the Director of the Physical Plant Department requests authority from the Board of Trustees to award the contracts to the lowest bidders complying with the specifications. No special appropriation will be necessary. On motion of Mrs. Grigsby, authority was granted as recommended. DATE OF JULY MEETING T h e date of the July meeting was set tentatively as Tuesday, July 15, 1941, at 11 a.m. at the College of Medicine in Chicago.
