MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS September 27, 1940 With Executive Committee Meeting of September 27, 1940 The September meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University, in Urbana, at io o'clock a.m., Central Daylight Saving Time, on Friday, September 27, 1940. When the Board convened, the following members were present: President Pogue, Mr. Cleary, Mr. Jensen, Mrs. Plumb. President Willard was present; also Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President; and Mr. H. E. Cunningham, Secretary. The Board recessed. 27
