CONFERENCE WITH GOVERNOR A N D BUDGETARY COMMISSION ON BIENNIAL BUDGET FOR 1 9 4 1 - 1 9 4 3 (1) Representatives of the University met with the Governor and the Illinois Budgetary Commission in Springfield on February 24 for a preliminary consideration of the University's biennial budget for 1041-1943.
