(September 28, 1940)2 ARMSTRONG, LEONARD JAMES, Assistant in Chemistry, on one-half time, for nine months beginning October 1, 1940, at a cash compensation at the rate of sixty dollars ($60) a month (this supersedes his previous appointment). (October 1, 1940) EAIR, ERNEST ELMER, Assistant in Business Organization and Operation, on one-half time, for five months beginning September 1, 1940, at a cash compensation at the rate of sixty dollars ($60) a month.
