PROJECTS (11) A recommendation from the Director of the Physical Plant Department that the following contract change orders be authorized: Illini Union Building Contract Change Order No. 12 with the Phillips, Getschow Company for heating, ventilating, and air conditioning work. (1) Change controls and motor drive on five automatic air filters $100 oo (2) Material and labor necessary to installation of two Johnson traps 29 90 Total Additional Cost $129 00 Contract Change Order No. 14 with English Brothers for general work. (1) Provide interior metal double sliding screens for windows in place of exterior wood screens in accordance with quotation dated September 10, 1940—Deduct $205 5° (2) Provide only prime finish on frames for paint by others—Deduct 20 40 Total Deduction $225 90 Contract Change Order No. 9 with the A r t h u r W . Murray Company for plumbing work.
