'To be increased during the last few months of the fiscal year ending Tune 30, 1943. if any balances are available due to unused salaries accruing from vacancies in the Extension Service. (This does not mean any increase in the salaries of the farm advisers, but an increase in the amount of the advisers' salaries paid from Smith-Lever funds, including Bankhead-Jones.) 'The State appropriation for the fiscal year July 1, 1942, to June 30, 1943, will be paid by the State Department of Agriculture to apply on the salary of the county farm advisers following monthly certification for salary signed by the Director of Extension. 3 The county farm advisers receive additional salary from the local Farm Bureaus.
