If you are interested in running for the U of I senate, Lorelei has information. b. Next Monday, if you are free, Hewlett-Packard is treating Giovanni's at 7:00 pm. c. General meeting next Wednesday at 6:30 pm. Officers should show up at 6:00 pm. d. Wednesday Jan. 1 at 7:00 pm there will be a meeting discussing the Long Term Planning Committee. II. Counselor - Shary Chen Planning plssible community service project with VIP. III. Collegiate VP - Melissa Herrick EOH project will deal with shoes and feet. She will need to have extra help to organize posters and presentation approx. 2 weeks prior to EOH. IV. Conference VP - Sharon Ward Working on plant trip to Amoco Oil. There will be a $10 check fee for signing up for the trip. The check will be returned as soon as the people board the bus. The trip is scheduled for Monday, March 6, morning to evening. V. Secretary - Yvette Fujimoto Feb. 27 Newsletter - Article due date is Feb. 15. Apr. 03 Newsletter - Article due date is Mar. 15. VI. Industrial VP - Carol Casada a. The Be Professional Conference is tentatively set for Sep. 19 & 20, 1989. If you know of any conflicts with this date, please let Carol know. b. The company newsletter is being worked on.
