SWE Executive Meeting Minutes May 3, 1988

1. If you cannot attend a General Meeting -e# Executive Meeting please notify Lorelei prior to the meeting. This is so we may get your report and present it at the meeting for you. 2. Mail boxes: 1) Your names have been put on the new mail boxes 2) Mail boxes by door are for mail and messages 3) Mail boxes on the SWE desk are for anything else

3. You may use North of Green to publicize SWE activities. North of Green comes out every Monday. You must submit an article the Wednesday before the Monday you want the article to come out. 4. Please feel free to use the bulletin board above the SWE desk for such things as sign up sheets, messages, publicity, etc... 5. First General Meeting next semester is an ice cream social.

Officer Reports Sharon Ward (Conference VP): -Will try to get Dean Thurston to be the speaker for the Little sister Banquet. -Trying to get together with McDonnell Douglas Suman Pinnamaneni (Tresurer): -If you need something done over the summer, Suman will be on campus. Her address is 409 E. Chalmers, Champaign, IL 61820 Yvette Fujimoto (Secretary): -Remember to turn in an article to my box by May 11. This is for the newsletter for Quad Day. Include such things as a description of yourself, job, and what will be happening in the Fall semester. 6. Have a safe and fun summer!
