SWE Exec. Meeting Wed. April 20 - 6:00 p.m. 1. Warning - Due to the fact that these minutes were done haphazardly they tend to be scrambled, short, thrown together, uncategorized, and a tad bit messy. Please excuse... 2. Officers need to get their key to Rm. 302 in room 207 from Ms. Nelson before the end of the semester. The old officer must turn in their key to her first so that you may pick it up.

3. When you make copies for SWE at Kinkos remember to include "Paid for by SORF". Also turn in the receipt and one copy to the tres. so that we may be reimbursed. 4. SWE will participate in Quad Day. There will be a plant trip to McDonnell Douglas in the beginning of the Fall semester. The trip will be two days long. Lorelei needs the addresses of the officers for the summer and the fall.

8. The first SWE exec.... meeting will be at 6:00 p.m. on 24 August 1988. 9. Officers will need to schedule office hours next semester. Two hours per week.

10. It was suggested that we have a computer awareness type fair. SWE will pass out information about campus computer availability, use, location, etc... Lorelei will be organizing this. 11. Little sis banquet will be on a Thursday night in the. first few weeks of classes. 12. It was suggested that we move the General Meeting times to 6:30 instead of 6:00. 13. Information on how to make use of the secretaries and officers current addresses were passed out at the meeting. 14. Engineering Olympics- Tau Beta Pi is organizing this. Tentatively set for October 14 and 15. All societies are encourage to participate plus independent groups. Ten people per team. Anyone interested in helping? Call Mike Raschke. 15.
